ITILPlus -Our Background

ITILplus was established by a small group of training consultants.  Our prime intention is to provide very high quality training materials to organisations that do not have the time, resources or strategic intent to develop their own. 

ITILPlus have more than 85 years collective experience of Service Management training and practice.  This experience includes all areas of the Service Life-cycle, consequently we have the experience, knowledge and perspective to develop the style of material that is both informative for course delegates and easy to use for trainers.

Whilst ITILplus is an ISEB-accredited training organisation; we concentrate on providing training material and related services to other training companies.

Our Services

ITILplus provides you with ISEB-accredited course training material under licence.   Our agreements are tailored to suit the individual organisation and range from an annual course material licence fee, to a per-delegate charge.

We can design the material to suit your organisation.  This may include your company template, your logo and other specific requirements.

ITILplus offers quality training course materials for all ITIL® version 3 qualifications (as they become available). Currently this includes ITIL courses (Version 3):

ITIL Foundation; ITIL Foundation Bridge; ITIL Managers Bridge: ITIL Service Operation; ITIL Operation Support and Analysis

In addition, ITILplus can partner with companies that are not ISEB accredited training organisations.  Through affiliate agreements we can help you fulfil your requirements for running accredited training courses and assist you in arranging examinations.
